For me Halo MCC never worked online but recently I’ve had absolutely no issues and have got into games within a couple minutes of starting a search, but is this the same for everyone else? I’ve been away from Xbox for about a year and a half now and I was wondering if they fixed the matchmaking issues and any of the other issues.
This seems simple enough to fix It will either force companies to stop with these kinds of releases altogether who else doubts this will happen? Things happen and anyone that works in IT can tell you; you had 3 severs when only 2 are needed and you thought you were ready, then, disaster strikes. Anything can go wrong. If the companies are able to prove that they absolutely, positively, without a doubt were ready and yet a truly unforeseen circumstance occurred, then the payout can be waived.
What a stupid law to propose you say? Well you would think companies should be doing this anyway Time after time, releases like this are plagued with not ready servers and most of the fan bases already suspect that the companies don’t really care and why should they? There aren’t any penalties and things get back to normal soon enough and those same players that are absolutely outraged are again seen on next years pre-order queues.
No real repercussions so why care. Why should companies spend millions readying servers when they can just deal with a little whining and complaints for a while and then everything goes away? What game companies are doing in these cases are clearly a type of overbooking and should be regulated similar to say, the way airlines are. For example, you are entitled to compensation if you are involuntarily bumped from a flight due to overbooking or overselling.
Though the act of overbooking is not illegal in itself, that doesn’t mean you aren’t entitled to compensation.

The studio plans to roll out a new round of post-launch beta testing later this autumn for players in the Xbox Insider program. The studio similarly tried to beta test an update to the game back in only to ultimately abandon those efforts. In a post , attempted to outline why this time is different and some of the ways this new test version of the game will differ from the one people bought years ago.
To take advantage of them, as well as support Xbox One X features, engines for each of the eight games included in the collection have also been revamped.
